Secured representation of Bank of America, Arizona Public Service Company and City of Phoenix (Rights-of-Way) in telecom site marketing and management services; more than 10,000 sites.

Managed sales force of 40+ individuals in acquisition and entitlement of 1,000+ sites on behalf of Sprint PCS, T-Mobile Wireless (Western Wireless), Cingular Wireless (AT&T Wireless) and Nextel Wireless.

SALES & MARKETING:

Extensive experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. IBM sales training background resulted in the inclusion in IBM's "100% Club" two out of first three years of employment. "Top Ten" producer in multiple years in the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis ("CBRE"), 18 year employment. President's Club Award winner (top 3% of CBRE producers) for CBRE two years.

While with CBRE, developed site marketing and management program on behalf of Bank of America, Arizona Public Service Company and City of Phoenix. Over 200 sites "in-air" since 1996.

Concerning City of Phoenix, rewrote the Telecom Zoning Ordinance to promote usage of existing verticality in early 1997; passed by City Council in late 1997.
