RT Management Group, Inc. was formed in 1996 by Brian I. Thompson (President & CEO) and Joseph W. Rooney (Vice President & COO).

RT Management's initial business thrust was the provision of site acquisition and entitlement services to the wireless telecom industry. Providing "best-in-class" service, RT has secured and entitled more than 1,000 sites on behalf of clients such as:

RT Management then pioneered in the development of site marketing and management services. Today, RT Management manages telecom sites exclusively with their client Arizona Public Service Company.

Recognizing a shift in the industry, RT Management recently developed its site divestiture services program. An industry first, RT's uniquely designed site divestiture program addresses carriers' needs to eliminate surplus sites from its books, saving costly rental/license fees.

RT Management has launched its decommissioning services program which successfully decommissioned the Cricket sites after their merger with AT&T.
